Frozen or baked, they’re all delicious
Treat yourself with these colourful, creamy and easy-to-make desserts. Serve them frozen or baked, it doesn’t really matter – just go get a spoon.

Cheat's granadilla tart
Brush one sheet Woolworths’ all-butter pastry with milk and bake according to package instructions. Allow to cool, then spread 1 cup plain yoghurt onto the pastry and swirl with the pulp of 8 granadillas. Dust with icing sugar to serve.
Easy fruity frozen yoghurt
Blend 1 cup plain or vanilla yoghurt and 6 frozen bananas, then place in a bowl and freeze for 1 hour. Do the same with a 400g Woolworths frozen summer berries packet. Remove from the freezer, mix the two and freeze once more until set.
Easy yoghurt and berry ice cream tart
Whip 1¼ cups cream until soft peaks form. Fold in 1¼ cups low-fat vanilla yoghurt, 350g caster sugar and 1¼ cups milk and mix until the sugar has almost dissolved.
Pour into a freezerproof container and freeze for 2 hours. Crush 2 packets of 200g Bakers Eet-Sum-Mor biscuits and press into the base of a 25 x 25 cm freezerproof container.
Fold 350g raspberries and 175 g blackberries through the ice cream mixture, then pour over the biscuit base. Roughly chop 2 Woolworths Nutty and Seedy snack bars and scatter over the ice cream. Freeze overnight for best results, before serving.
