A very yummy Christmas
We’ve developed a spectacular range of deliciously decadent foodie gifts with something to suit everyone’s taste. Chocophiles, braai enthusiasts, serious foodies and anyone in between will be delighted to unwrap these.
The braai enthusiast
Get them baking fresh beer bread with a clever kit or put them in charge of seasoning with a DIY rub kit. Or, and this is important, have them grill some dessert on the braai. Yes, dessert! Introducing the DIY braai soetbroodjies jar, filled with marshmallows and chocolate cookies for instant s’mores. #yesplease
The cookie monster
When it comes to the holidays, there can never be too many cookies and rusks. Get something for every preference – crunchies, soetkoekies, shortbread and some fancy selections. The same goes for rusks. Some like muesli, others swear by buttermilk. Get some of both, and throw in mosbolletjie for a special treat. (Tell no-one about the jar of waffle rusks squirreled away in the closet.)
The chocophile
When all else fails, and you’ve completely run out of ideas for what to get your great uncle (turns out he didn’t like the olive pitter, who knew?), you can always get chocolate. Who would say no to decadent chocolate truffles, a slightly mysterious selection tray, or simple but spectacular, a handful of Chuckles? Not us, that’s for sure…
The gourmet
So, you’re on the hunt for something for that sister-in-law of yours, who’s a total foodie and probably even has a herb destemmer (it’s a thing). Have no fear. Between our exclusive Morgenster olive oil and balsamic vinegar in their gorgeous ceramic bottles, the Just Bee taster pack (note not yet listed) of five flavoured honeys, a tumbler of matcha granola (note not yet listed) or beautifully fragrant Turkish delight in a crafted wooden box, you’re sure to find something. And if all else fails, get her a handmade wooden recipe box so she can collect her expertise in one place.
The littles
Stock up on playful treats for the young ones. Even grown-ups get excited at the sight of an Advent calender. Then of course there’s all kinds of festive holiday candy: chocolate covered Santas, chocolate lollies and, best of all, giant marsmallows perfect for the braai. Sticky fingers, here we come.
The decorator
Add a touch of gold with foil-covered chocolate baubles and edible gold shimmer. While you’re at it, a locally made Christmas stocking filled with sweets like sparkly fortune cookies and hollow chocolate balls in milk and dark chocolate would be a great gift for the decorating-inclined in your circle.
