    INGREDIENTS


    Wine pairing: Vriesenhof Kallista Bordeaux Blend Reserve 
    1 x 680 g Woolworths Bobotie & Yellow Rice 
    1 x 310 g Woolworths Crumbed Butternut Salad with an Asian-style Slaw 



    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS


    1 Microwave the bobotie and the rice according to the package instructions. 
    2 Air fry the crumbed butternut balls for 6–8 minutes at 180°C. 
    3 Toss the slaw with the sriracha-and-sesame dressing. 
    4 Serve the bobotie with the rice, slaw and crumbed butternut on the side.


  • Hot-honey Fried Chicken with Chips

    Looking for a quick but flavour-packed meal at the end of the week? This hot-honey fried chicken is just the ticket. Pair with salty chips and chilli-infused honey for dipping. The ultimate comfort food sorted.

    INGREDIENTS


    Wine pairing: Wine Lismore Pinot Noir 
    50 g Woolworths Honey Infused with Ghost Chilli, or to taste  
    1 x 700 g Woolworths Southern Fried Chicken Portions & Chips 



    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS


    1 Drizzle the chilli-infused honey over the fried chicken portions. 
    2 Place the chicken and the chips in the air fryer at 180°C and bake for 13–15 minutes. Alternatively, preheat the oven to 200°C and bake for 18–20 minutes. 
    3 Serve the chicken pieces with the chips, plus extra chilli-infused honey alongside for dipping. 



    Cook’s note: This recipe is the perfect meal for one but is also easy to scale up to create a sharing meal. Simply bake more chicken portions and chips, drizzle the chicken with chilli-infused honey to taste and serve on a platter for everyone to help themselves. 


  • Soy-and-sesame-coated Chicken with Coconut Rice
