  • Tuscan-style chicken pasta in a pocket wrap bake and panda bao buns for dessert

    Turn Woolworths Tuscan-style Chicken Pasta into a moreish dinner with Thulisa’s take on the viral pocket wraps. Serve alongside Woolworths Roasted Veg Medley for the perfect quick and easy dinner the whole family will enjoy.

    📌 Ingredients:

     

    • Woolworths Tuscan-style Chicken Pasta
    • 6-pack Woolworths Heat & Eat Sourdough Wraps
    • 600 g Woolworths Everything Tomato Pasta Sauce
    • 400 g Woolworths Roasted Veg Medley 400g


    📌 Cooking instructions:

     


    1.    Place the Woolworths Tuscan-style Chicken Pasta in a preheated oven of 180C for 5–10 minutes, just loosen it up. 

    2.    Lay the wraps flat on a work surface and make an incision from the centre to the bottom of the wrap – only on the one side.

    3.    Spoon 2–3 tbsp of chicken pasta in bottom right quadrant. Fold the wrap onto the top right quadrant, then the left top quadrant. Keep going until you have a triangular pocket wrap.

    4.    Snugly tuck these into an ovenproof dish of roughly 30 x 20cm (you should be able to fit 6 - 8 pockets) and cover with the Woolworths Everything Tomato Pasta Sauce. Return to the oven for 10 - 15 minutes.

    5.    Heat the vegetable medley in the microwave for 3 minutes each and serve alongside your moorish pasta pocket wraps.

    6.    For dessert: Panda Bao Buns.

    • 800 g Woolworths Our Best Ever Macaroni Cheese
    • 535 g Woolworths Crumbed Chicken Breast Fillets
    • 4 tbsp Woolworths Honey Infused with Ghost Chilli
    • Sea salt, to taste
    • 2 x 100 g Woolworths Baby Butter Lettuce, Rocket & Basil
    • 1 x 100 g Woolworths Basil & White Balsamic Salad Dressing


    📌 Cooking instructions:

     


    1. Place the macaroni and cheese in a preheated oven of 180C for 25 minutes, or until golden and bubbling.

    2. Preheat the air fryer to 200C and cook the crumbed chicken for 15–18 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through.

    3. Slice the chicken into thick strips and drizzle with chilli honey and a sprinkle of salt.

    4. Toss the lettuce and salad dressing together in a bowl and serve along mac & cheese and chicken.

    📌 Ingredients:

     

    • 265 g Woolworths Asian BBQ Chicken Pinsa Style Pizza
    • 225 g Woolworths Three Cheese & Gremolata Pinsa Style Pizza
    • 245 g Woolworths Smoked Pepperoni Salami, Ricotta & Hot Honey Pinsa Style Pinsa
    • 150 g Woolworths Mozzarella Slices (optional)
    • 140 g Woolworths Red Pepper and Calabrian Chilli Pesto (optional)
    • 100 g wild rocket

     

    📌 Cooking instructions:

     


    1. Preheat an oven or air fryer to 200C.

    2. Place the pinsa-style pizzas on a large baking tray. Add the included drizzles or pastes to the pizzas and layer one half with an extra slice or two of mozzarella cheese and a dollop of red pepper pesto, if using. Fold your pizza to make a sandwich. Bake in the oven for 5–8 minutes, or until gooey and hot.

    3. Slice in half, add a handful of wild rocket to the inside of the sando, or on top, and enjoy immediately!

  • Chicken roti with raita, sambals and chutneys

    A delicious chicken curry wrapped in a flaky, Cape Malay-style roti – Thulisa takes this ready meal to the next level with a few Woolworths favourite sambals. Here’s how to turn an already flavourful Indian dish into a memorable mid-week dinner for the whole family.

    📌 Ingredients:

     

    • 1 x 1 kg Woolworths Chicken Roti
    • 4 tbsp Woolworths Chilli Pickle
    • 4 tbsp Woolworths Green Mango Chutney
    • 4 tbsp Woolworths Peppadew Piquanté Pepper Chutney
    • 6 tbsp Woolworths Double Cream Yoghurt
    • 5 g coriander (optional)

     

    📌 Cooking instructions:

     


    1. Place the Woolworths Chicken Roti in the microwave for 3–4 minutes.

    2. Decant the chutneys into small bowls. Stir the included raita through the yoghurt and place in a little serving bowl.

    3. Garnish the warmed roti with coriander. Dip and share and enjoy!

  • Battered fish & chips - and cinnamon sugar cronut bites with ice cream

    Hake fillets, coated in a delicious, crispy batter served with steakhouse-cut potato chips and a creamy and tangy tartar sauce. Paired with crisp green veg on the side in an Asian sesame stir-fry sauce. For dessert it’s cinnamon and sugar donuts (fresh from the Woolies bakery), with Tin Roof ice cream.

    • 2 x 760 g Woolworths Battered Hake & Chips with Tartar Sauce
    • 2 x 375 g Woolworths Green Vegetable Medley
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
    • 1 x 100 g Woolworths Asian Sesame Stir-fry Sauce
    • 4 lemon wedges
    • 8–12 Woolworths Bakery Cinnamon Sugar Cronut Bites
    • 4 scoops Woolworths Dairy Dream Tin Roof Ice Cream

     

    📌 Cooking instructions:

     


    1. Place the Woolworths Battered Hake & Chips in a preheated oven of 180C for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

    2. Scatter the Woolworths Green Vegetable Medley onto a baking sheet and drizzle with oil and season well. Roast in a preheated oven of 220C for 10–12 minutes, or until slightly charred and tender, but crunchy.

    3. Toss the veggies with the Woolworths Asian Sesame Stir-fry Sauce in a salad bowl.

    4.Serve with the fish, chips and tartar sauce.

    5. Warm the Woolworths Bakery Cinnamon Sugar Cronut Bites in the air fryer at 160C for 5 minutes, or until warm, but still soft and fluffy.

    6. Serve with scoops of ice cream for an easy, comforting dessert.
