Clem’s Cheesy Rotisserie Chicken Toasties
Make the ultimate chicken-cheese toastie without having to dirty loads of dishes – or even make the chicken from scratch! Sandwich Woolworths Rotisserie Chicken and cheese slices between layers of white bread and toast it in the air fryer. Genius!

⏲️ 20 minutes📌 Ingredients:
- 8 slices Woolworths White Thick Slice Bread, toasted
- 150 g Woolworths Mozzarella Cheese Slices
- 150 g Woolworths Cheddar Slices
- ½ cup Woolworths Jalapeño Cones in Smoke Flavoured Brine, sliced
- 2 cups Woolworths Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
- 200 g Exotic Tomatoes, cut into quarters
- 1 red onion, finely sliced
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 tbsp Woolworths Peri Peri Sauce, to serve
📌 Cooking instructions:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
2. Place 4 slices of toast on a baking tray and layer with the cheeses, jalapeños and chicken.
3. Mix the tomatoes and onion together and season well. Top each toastie with one large spoon of the tomato-onion mix.
4. Top each stack with a slice of toast and place in the air fryer for 3 - 5 minutes or until the cheese is gooey. Serve with the remainder of the tomato salad and hot sauce on the side.
Clem’s Hake Nugget Tacos with Smashed Peas

⏲️ 15 minutes📌 Ingredients:
- 200 g Woolworths Frozen Tempura Hake Nuggets
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 2 tbsp Double Thick Plain Yogurt
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
- 2 corn on the cob
- 1 red apple, cut into matchsticks
- 4 Woolworths White Tortilla Wraps
- 4 lime wedges, to serve
📌 Cooking instructions:
1. Place the Woolworths Frozen Tempura Hake Nuggets in a preheated air fryer of 180°C for 10 – 12 minutes, or until cooked and crispy.
2. Defrost the peas in a microwave-safe bowl for 5 minutes. Smash with a fork,stir through the yoghurt and coriander, and season well.
3. Char the corn on a griddle pan or an open flame. Remove from the cob.
4. Follow with toasting the tortillas. Immediately fold in half as you remove them from the heat and fill with smashed peas, hake nuggets, some corn and apple.
5. Serve with a generous squeeze of lime.

Fresh and boasting bold flavour: Clem Pedro’s hake nugget wraps are topped with burger slaw and a mango salsa for a summer supper you’ll keep going back to all season long.

⏲️ 15 minutes📌 Ingredients:
- 200 g Woolworths Frozen Tempura Hake Nuggets
- 250 g Woolworths Burger Slaw
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 mango, cut into small cubes
- Zest and juice of one lime
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 4 Woolworths White Tortilla Wraps
- 2 avocados, sliced
📌 Cooking instructions:
1. Place the Woolworths Frozen Tempura Hake Nuggets in a preheated air fryer of 180°C for 10 – 12 minutes, or until cooked and crispy.
2. Mix the burger slaw with the mayonnaise and lemon juice.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the mango, lime and chilli.
4. Toast the wraps on a hot pan or open flame for 1 minute on each side.
5. Top with the sliced avo, slaw and nuggets and a spoonful of sunny mango salsa.
Clem’s Rotisserie Chicken Pockets
Clem Pedro’s chicken pockets are quick and easy with one key ingredient: a ready, Woolworths rotisserie chicken. Finished with cheese and Woolworths Mint and Yoghurt Dressing, it’s the perfect midweek supper and comes together in no more than 10 minutes.

⏲️ 10 minutes📌 Ingredients:
- 1 cup Woolworths Grated Mature Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cups Woolworths Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
- 4 Woolworths Heat & Eat Multiseed Wraps
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g Woolworths Mint and Yoghurt Dressing
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
📌 Cooking instructions:
1. Arrange the cheese and shredded chicken on the bottom right corner of the wrap. Season with a little salt and pepper and drizzle the other 3 quadrants of the wrap with olive oil.
2. Fold in half, sprinkle with a little more cheese on the left side of the wrap and fold in half again to create a triangle.
3. Heat the remainder of the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and toast on both sides for 3 – 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
4. Serve immediately with Woolworths Mint and Yoghurt Dressing and a scattering of fresh tomato.
