Etorki - FRANCE
From the French Basque region of the Pyrenees, Etorki is a sheep's milk cheese with a sweet caramel flavour and earthy aroma that's matured for 1-2 months.
Gorgonzola - ITALY
Produced exclusively for us, this soft green-blue veined cheese is aged for 60 days to give a slightly sharp but unmistakable flavour. Named after the small town Gorgonzola in Italy's Milan province, production of this cheese dates back as far as the 11th century.
Fol Epi - FRANCE
Made in the Loire Valley in France, Fol Epi is a sweet, nutty and fruity flavoured semi-hard, full fat cheese that's aged for up to one month.
Appenzeller - SWITZERLAND
From the Appenzeller region in Switzerland, this full fat semi-hard cheese has a firm, smooth texture and is matured for a minimum of 3-4 months for a strong aroma and fruity flavour.
Swiss Gruyere - SWITZERLAND
Made in the French-speaking region of Switzerland, our Swiss Gruyere is a traditional cheese that's matured for 5-7 months to develop its full pronounced sweetish flavour and typically nutty aroma.

Blue Stilton cheese has over 300 years of tradition flowing through its blue veins.
