Spicy Green Chicken Schnitzel Burger

INGREDIENTS
700 g pack Woolworths Free Crumbed Chicken Schnitzels
2 Woolworths Ultimate Burger Buns
1 jalapeno, sliced
6 T Woolworths Freshly Smashed Spicy Jalapeño Avo
1 head Woolworths Crunchita® Lettuce Head, thinly sliced
50 g Woolworths Fresh Chimichurri Salad Drizzle
2 T Woolworths Chipotle inspired mayo
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 200℃
- Place the chicken schnitzels onto a baking tray and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the buns by toasting each half in a pan with a little splash of olive oil until golden and toasty.
- Dress the sliced lettuce with the chimichurri drizzle.
- To assemble the burgers, spread the bottom half of each bun with the chipotle mayo. Top with half of the smashed avocado followed by the chimichurri Crunchita® lettuce.
- Add 2 chicken schnitzels and repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Serve with Woolworths Skin on Potato Chips.
Pork Schnitzel with Tonkatsu sauce

INGREDIENTS
600 g Woolworths Crumbed Pork Schnitzels
250 g Woolworths Fully Cooked Coconut Jasmine Rice
150 g Woolworths Green Slaw
Mediterranean Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Woolworths Lime, juiced
Woolworths Fresh Coriander, chopped to serve
Woolworths Mild Spring Onions, sliced to serve
Woolworths White Sesame Seeds, toasted, to serve
Tonkatsu sauce
6T Woolworths Tomato Sauce
1t Worcestershire Sauce
1T Honey
2T Woolworths Asian Sweet Indonesian Style Soy Sauce
1 tsp Woolworths Fresh Crushed Ginger
2 tsp Fresh Crushed Garlic
1 Woolworths Lime, juiced
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- For the sauce, in a small bowl mix all the ingredients together and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 200℃. Place the pork schnitzels onto a baking tray and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
- Heat the rice in the microwave according to back of pack instructions. Once heated decant into a bowl and fluff with a fork, add the toasted sesame seeds.
- Place the green slaw into a small bowl and dress with the lime juice and a drizzle of olive oil, season with salt. Toss to coat.
- Slice each pork schnitzel into thin strips and divide between two plates along with the rice.
- Divide the slaw between the plates and drizzle the schnitzel with the tonkatsu sauce.
- Scatter with chopped coriander, sliced spring onions and more sesame seeds.
