Lemon and lime garlic prawns with sweet and spicy mango salsa
This is the easiest way to make a delicious prawn dish! Infused with all our favourite flavours – garlic, lime and a refreshing mango salsa!

Ingredients:
For the salsa:
- 1 Woolworths mango, peeled and cut into chunks
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced into petals
- 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced into rings
- 1 lime, zest and juiced
- 2 T mint, thinly sliced
- 2 T coriander, fresh chopped
- Salt to taste
- 500g Woolworths Freshly Frozen Uncooked Extra Large Black Tiger Prawns, deveined
- Salt to taste
- 4 T olive oil
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 1 lemon, zested
- 1 T garlic, finely chopped or grated
For the prawns:

- Make the salsa by adding the mango to a mixing bowl along with the red onion, jalapeño, lime zest and juice. Finish with mint, coriander and a little salt to season. Set aside.
- To prepare the prawns, season them lightly with salt and set aside to marinade for 10 minutes. In a mixing bowl combine, olive oil, lime zest and juice, lemon zest, garlic and salt to taste.
- Skewer the prawns and place over high heat coals, once the shells turn a bright orange turn over and cook the other side. Begin basting the prawns with the citrusy mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated.
- Once the prawns are perfectly braaied serve them on a platter with the salsa on the side.
