Easy but spectacular feast for Eid
Set your Eid table, but make it high on style and low on effort, with this effortless menu of a seafood platter, fizzy pink drinks and a dessert table.

INGREDIENTS:
1 box Woolworths Frozen Extra Large Tiger Prawns, thawed
2 sliced chillies
4 garlic cloves, sliced
200 g butter, melted
Olive oil, to fry
10–20 g fresh coriander, chopped
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to season
500 g Woolworths Mussels with Garlic & Herb Butter
Woolworths Long Grain Rice, cooked to serve
Cumin seeds, to serve
Poppadums, to serve

Sparling grape juice

METHOD:
- Clean the prawns by shelling and taking heads off.
- Place butter in a pan and melt. Once melted, add the garlic and chillies and fry lightly until golden.
- Place the prawns in the flavoured butter with a drizzle of olive oil. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side. You could also thread the prawns onto a skewer for easy handling. Remove from the pan when cooked.
- Cook the rice according to the package instructions, then stir through a tablespoon of melted butter fried off with cumin seeds.
- Cook the mussels according to the package instructions. Serve the prawns and the mussels with savoury rice and poppadums.
- To make the pink fizzy drinks: Add a splash of Woolworths Strawberry & Mint Flavoured syrup to a glass and top with sparkling grape juice. Garnish with ripe strawberries.
- For the dessert table, load the table with a chilled Woolworths Tiramisu Gateaux Cake (topped with Chuckles), shortbread, strawberries and Chocolate Cream éclairs.
