Terra Del Capo Sangiovese

Sangiovese is predominantly grown in Tuscany. It’s also perfectly suited to the terroir of Darling in the Western Cape. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks and matured in American and French oak, this wine displays notes of ripe plums and intense ripe dark cherry, with a hint of charcuterie, smoke and oak spice on the palate. Try it with a rich tomato-based sauce with pasta or roast lamb and vegetables.

Jordan Signature red blend 2019

This well-balanced blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot is full-bodied and elegant in style. Experience chocolate cream, jasmine, new leather, sugar plum and black cherries on the nose, with notes of mocha, berry jam and dried herbs on the palate. Pair it with cured meat.

Astoria Pink Luxury Italian Sparkling Wine

This rosé is made from Glera and Pinot Noir grapes fermented together. Expect bright cherry notes on the nose and a hint of orange zest. On the palate, it leaves mouthwatering acidity and a refreshing finish – expect notes of red apples, quince and kiwi. A great pairing for sashimi or salmon roses. Serve very chilled.

Bosman Nero d'Avola Red

The Nero d’Avola grape variety originates from Sicily and also grows well in Wellington in the Western Cape, where this wine is made. It’s bold and beautiful with great structure and balance, silky tannins and refined acidity. The perfect pairing with oxtail or pork chops.

Vino Bianco Italian white 1L

A blend of Chardonnay and Cortese grapes, this wine shows a beautiful light gold colour in the glass. On the palate there’s a beautiful firm acidity with a good balance of citrus and stone fruit. Enjoy it with grilled shrimp or goat’s cheese risotto.

Astoria Prosecco DOC Italian Sparkling

Made from Glera grapes from Veneto in northern Italy, this Prosecco is crisp with fresh green apple, lemon zest and bountiful aromas of white peach and honeydew melon on the nose. The palate is light and exciting with well-refined acidity. Pair it with your favourite dressed salad or a spicy snack. Serve very chilled for maximum enjoyment.
