Try these wasabi seaweed wraps

What’s your approach to wellness? For some it’s about eating lots of fruit and veg, for others it’s cutting down on saturated fats. To celebrate these different tacks, we’ve launched the #startswith challenge, which champions different strategies to wellness. Today, we’re all about choosing foods and ingredients without tartrazine, MSG and azo dyes.

Choosing foods without tartrazine, MSG and azo dyes is not such a stretch, you can choose any Woolies branded foods, like you’ll find in these flavoursome wasabi seaweed wraps.

Wasabi seaweed wraps

Soak 6 Vietnamese crystal rice wrappers in water for 15–20 seconds or until soft. Lay two pieces of Woolworths Roasted Seaweed Wasabi Snack on top, then top with mange tout, cucumber matchsticks and mung bean sprouts. Tightly wrap the crystal roll and wrap in baby marrow spaghetti. Make a quick pickle: heat 4 tablespoons rice wine vinegar and 1 teaspoon grated ginger in a small saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat and mix through 4 thinly sliced baby turnips. Allow to cool, then serve the pickle with the seaweed wraps.
