Kick-ass Korean-style pancakes:
To the Easy to Bake Flapjack mix, add 2 eggs, 600 ml milk and 60 ml water, and whisk to make a very thin batter. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and ladle spoonfuls of batter into the pan. Sprinkle with sliced spring onions and keep frying for a moment. Flip the pancake and fry on the other side. Meanwhile, sear or caramelise some Easy to Cook Pulled Pork Shoulder. To assemble: place portions of the warm pulled pork on the pancakes. Top with spring onions, cucumber, mint, chilli, a splash of hoisin sauce and chopped salted peanuts. That’s a wrap!
