Frosé ALL day
What do you get when you freeze rosé and blend it with strawberries? A beautiful batch of frosé, that’s what. Say hi to your new favourite showstopper party drink.
Easy, delicious frosé:
- Pour your favourite bottle of rosé into a tray and freeze overnight.
- To make strawberry syrup, chop 400 g strawberries and simmer with a cup of water, ½ cup sugar and the juice of half a lemon for 5 minutes, until sticky.
- Set aside to cool.
- Break up the tray of frozen rosé into shards (keep some of the shards cold for serving) and add to a blender with the strawberry syrup.
- Blend, then add a tray of ice cubes and blend again.
- Serve immediately with shards of frozen rosé.
And those leftover shards of frozen rosé in the freezer? Keep them to cool your next glass of rosé!
