Easy, delicious frosé:

  1. Pour your favourite bottle of rosé into a tray and freeze overnight.
  2. To make strawberry syrup, chop 400 g strawberries and simmer with a cup of water, ½ cup sugar and the juice of half a lemon for 5 minutes, until sticky.
  3. Set aside to cool.
  4. Break up the tray of frozen rosé into shards (keep some of the shards cold for serving) and add to a blender with the strawberry syrup.
  5. Blend, then add a tray of ice cubes and blend again.
  6. Serve immediately with shards of frozen rosé.

And those leftover shards of frozen rosé in the freezer? Keep them to cool your next glass of rosé!
