Easiest-ever baked sausage pasta

Brown one pack of rosemary lamb sausages in a pan. Add 1/3 cup of red wine and a sprig of rosemary to the pan and sizzle. Add 1 can of Italian whole plum tomatoes and sizzle some more. Add 500 g gnocchi to a pot of boiling, salted water. Add 200 g shredded Swiss chard and cook for 2 minutes, or until the gnocchi floats to the surface. Drain. Spoon the tomato-and-sausage mix into a baking dish with the spinach and gnocchi. Top with 150 g shredded mozzarella and a little Parmesan and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C until bubbly and golden. The result? Molto bella!
