Dazzling Salmon Platter
Mix Woolworths Copper Shimmer Dust with a dash of pure alcohol, like vodka, to make shimmer paint. Paint brushstrokes on a platter. Arrange some thinly sliced candied beets on top, as well as
Woolworths Smoked Salmon Terrine (with hidden cucumber jelly centre!), baby herbs, flaked Woolworths Hot Smoked Norwegian Salmon, baby cucumber ribbons and Salmon & Trout Parcels. Finally, freeze beetroot juice in a tray and flake with a fork to make beetroot ice – spoon over salmon for a festive touch.
Make beetroot salt by grating fresh beetroot and mixing it with sea salt flakes – use to flavour and sprinkle over platters.
Edible Canapé Wreath
Shooting Salmon Stars
Line a plate with young purple cabbage leaves. Top with Woolworths Trout Stars. Fill in the gaps with watermelon carpaccio. Squeeze over fresh lime and sprinkle with micro herbs to serve.
Happy eating!
