Baked almond-and-berry oats

Ingredients:
- 160 g Woolworths Steel-cut or Rolled Oats
- 1 t baking powder
- 2 T maple syrup, plus extra for serving
- 2 large free range eggs
- 1 cup Woolworths Almond Milk
- Handful each of raspberries and blueberries
- Chopped almonds, for serving
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place all the ingredients except the berries and almonds in a NutriBullet or blender and blend until the oats are smooth.
- Divide the batter between greased ramekins or small ovenproof dishes, add the berries and top with the almonds.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until set and golden. Serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup.
