A nacho tower that’s definitely a salad

Stuck on what to make for for game night? Or looking for a way to spice up the ol’ weeknight dinner? We give you: the nacho salad. Nacho normal salad, nacho normal salad at all.

Start with the dressing

The awesome avo dressing, that is:

Combine: 2 ripe, cubed avocados with 2 tablespoons sour cream, 30 g chopped Italian parsley, 1 garlic clove (minced with a pinch of fine salt), and the juice and zest of one lime. Blend until creamy and smooth.

Now, it’s all about the layers:

On a plate, layer Woolworths Nacho Chips with Woolworths Chunky Tomato Salsa, more avocados (cubed or sliced), one can of red kidney beans, mixed tomatoes, chopped chillies, 125 g grated cheddar, fresh coriander and lots of fresh limes on the side. Serve with Woolworths Easy to Cook Pulled Pork, and that amazing avo dressing.
