Brilliant Chuckle brownies for your girls’ dinner
Nothings says girls’ night catch-up dinner like a glass of bubbles and something chocolatey to dive into. Add some Chuckles to the mix, and you’ve got all the makings of an evening to remember.
Brilliant brownies:
Use our easy to bake brownie mix and simply follow the cooking instructions.
Pre-heat the oven to 170°C. Grease a cooking tin and line with baking paper. Melt 140 g unsalted butter, then set aside and allow to cool. Using a wooden spoon, lightly beat 4 large eggs with the caster sugar in a large bowl until smooth and creamy, then stir in the cooled butter. Gradually stir in the flour and cocoa mixture until it forms a thick, smooth batter. Stir through the chocolate chips. Spoon the mixture into the baking tin and spread evenly. Place in the centre of the oven and bake for 30–35 minutes. Do not overcook; the centre should still be nice and gooey. Remove from the oven and cool before turning out. Top with Caramel Treat and crushed Chuckles. Serve with pink MCC bubbly and enjoy! (Makes 12–16 brownies.)
