Simple ways to sneak fibre into your days
Try these crunchies
Melt 150 g coconut oil in a pot. Add 75 g coconut sugar and 3 tablespoons maple syrup, and stir. Add 250 g oats, 40 g sunflower seeds, 40 g linseed and 20 g poppy seeds. Fold and press into a baking dish. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes. For an extra special treat, drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
Simple hummus toast
Spread hummus on wholegrain toast. Top with baby marrow ribbons tossed with basil pesto, and sprinkle with a few chickpeas
