Butter chicken made super easy

What’s better than a homemade meal (hello butter chicken!) that comes together in under 20 minutes? Saving some money in the process, that’s what.


Easy peasy butter chicken

Step 1: Heat oil 2–3 tablespoons vegetable oil in a non-stick pan.

Step 2: Cut 500 g free range skinless chicken breasts into cubes and fry in the pan until golden brown.

Step 3: Add Woolies Butter Chicken cook-in sauce, stir and simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on. Stir occasionally.

(Optional: For a richer dish, you can add 250 ml fresh cream towards the end and stir through. Add fresh coriander to garnish.)

Serve with ready to eat white basmati rice and/or toasted naan bread.
