Lindt self-saucing pudding

INGREDIENTS:
1 Woolworths Make Your Own Lindt Self Saucing Chocolate Pudding Kit
Woolworths Tin Roof Ice Cream, for serving
Woolworths Tin Roof Ice Cream, for serving
Add:
20 g butter (melted)
1 large free range egg
4 T milk
150ml boiling water
METHOD:
- Preheat the oven to 180º C. Grease the oven dish.
- Place the butter and Lindt chocolate from the kit in a microwaveable bowl and melt in the microwave (do this in 30 second intervals, stirring and checking each item).
- Whisk the egg, milk and melted chocolate together. Add the cake mix from the kit and whisk until smooth. Spoon the batter into the baking dish.
- Mix the sauce sachet from the kit with 150 ml boiling water until dissolved.
- Carefully pour the sauce over the back of a tablespoon to cover the batter. Do not let the batter and sauce layer mix.
- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until the top is slightly crusty and bounces back when pressed gently.
- Serve immediately with Tin Roof Ice Cream.
