Clem’s sweet & salty rocky road is a flavour sensation. This no bake dessert is packed full of marshmallows, salted pretzels filled with peanut butter and salted almonds, and is easy enough to include your little sous chef.

Ingredients:
- 200 g milk chocolate
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 1 T butter
- 2 x 50 g Woolworths Pretzel Pillows Filled with Peanut Butter, lightly crushed
- 220 g Woolworths Butter Shortbread Thins, broken into chunks
- 100 g Woolworths Roasted & Salted Almonds
- 150 g Woolworths Pink & White Marshmallows, cut in half
Cooking instructions:
- Place a bowl of a pot of just simmering water, ensuring the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Break your chocolate into chunks and add it to the pot along with the butter, allow the chocolate to slowly melt, stirring at the end to combine the ingredients.
- Remove the bowl from the pot, add the pretzel pillows, shortbread, almond and marshmallows before giving it all a mix to coat all the ingredients in chocolate.
- Pour the mixture into a greased springform tin and place in the fridge to set for 3–4 hours. Once set remove from the cake tin and cut into slices or squares.
