Take one Woolworths Easy to Cook Free Range Deboned Leg of Lamb:

Remove packaging and sear in olive oil. - Roast
Arrange the meat in a roasting dish. Add garlic heads, rosemary, seasoning and the pan juices. Roast for 35–40 minutes until medium rare. - Serve
Rest the meat for 10 minutes, then slice and serve with minted peas, pickled onion petals and tzatziki. For the minted peas: blanch peas, add butter, seasoning and fresh mint. Ta da!
