Your 3-step guide to making a superb lamb roast for Easter

Take one Woolworths Easy to Cook Free Range Deboned Leg of Lamb:

  1. Sear
    Remove packaging and sear in olive oil.
  2. Roast
    Arrange the meat in a roasting dish. Add garlic heads, rosemary, seasoning and the pan juices. Roast for 35–40 minutes until medium rare.
  3. Serve
    Rest the meat for 10 minutes, then slice and serve with minted peas, pickled onion petals and tzatziki. For the minted peas: blanch peas, add butter, seasoning and fresh mint. Ta da!
