Try this delicious coconut-and-lime chia pudding
Ramp up your breakfast game with this delicious, coconut-laced chia pudding. Add some lime zest to get those tropical island vibes going. Bonus: it’s free from dairy, and it can also serve as a delicious dessert!
Coconut-and-lime chia pudding

Ingredients:

- 4 T chia seeds https://www.woolworths.co.za/prod/Food/Food-Cupboard/Pasta-Rice-Grains/Grains-Legumes-Seeds/Chia-Seeds-250-g/_/A-6009184245638
- ½ T maple syrup
- Zest of 2 limes
- Seasonal fruit (such as blueberries or mango), for serving
- Coconut flakes, for serving
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients and chill in bowls or small glasses for 2 hours to set.
- Top with seasonal fruit such as FlavourburstTM blueberries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Tip: For other flavour variations, you can fold through cocoa powder, espresso or fruit purée.
