Easiest ever malva pudding:

The secret? Use our Easy to Bake Malva Pudding mix. Whisk together 1 egg, 2 tablespoons apricot jam and 100 ml milk. Add malva pudding mix, mix well and bake for 18–20 minutes at 180°C.

For a zesty twist, make a delicious ClemenGold™ syrup: melt 80 g butter, then add the malva sugar mix and 125 ml ClemenGold™ juice. Simmer until sticky. Poke holes in the malva pudding, then pour over the syrup and let it sink in. Ta da!
