Pistachio-stuffed Croissants

INGREDIENTS

4 Woolworths All Butter Croissants   
100 g Woolworths Raw Shelled Pistachios   
2 T Honey   
2 T Woolworths Tahini   
1 tsp Woolworths Finely Ground Cinnamon   
3 T Woolworths Almond Nut butter   
2 T lemon juice or water  
Honey and sifted icing sugar to serve

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.  
2. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until roughly chopped.  
3. Spoon the mixture into the cut croissants and place on a baking tray.  
4. Bake for 15 minutes.  
5. If you like, drizzle with honey and icing sugar before serving.
