Plant-based snack platter

Serves 4
Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 8 minutes


  • 1 x 160 g pack Woolworths Plant Powered™ crumbed savoury soya bites
  • 1 x 200 g pack Woolworths Plant Powered™ crumbed ocean soya strips
  • 1 x Woolworths Plant Powered™ minced soya balls
  • 3 Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 bulb fennel, thinly shaved
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sweet chilli sauce, for serving

Cooking instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Cook the Plant Powered™ products according to package instructions. (Air frying or pan frying would work here, too.)
  3. Arrange the apple, cucumber and fennel on a platter and top with the cooked Plant Powered™ products. Season to taste. 
  4. Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
