Bake a whole Camembert in crispy phyllo pastry with honey-roasted grapes. You’ll thank us later.
Phyllo pastry makes everything that much more extravagant – this baked Camembert is no exception!

INGREDIENTS:
- 250 g Woolworths Frozen Phyllo Pastry, thawed
- 100 g butter, melted
- 250 g Woolworths Ready to Bake Camembert in its Box
- 500 g seedless red grapes
- ¼ cup honey, plus extra for serving
- Thyme, for serving
METHOD:
- Place a layer of phyllo pastry on a work surface and brush generously with butter. Place the cheese on the phyllo and wrap, making sure to ruffle the top for texture. Repeat this process with 3–5 layers of pastry. Don’t be shy with the butter!
- Place the cheese on a baking tray and bake at 180° for 20–25 minutes, or until the pastry is crisp and golden brown.
- Meanwhile, heat the honey in a pan over a gentle heat. Fry the grapes until oozy and sticky. Keep the grapes on the stalk to assist with plating.
- Serve the baked Camembert with the grapes, topped with more honey and fresh thyme.
