This creamy sweetcorn bake is a vibe

Could this sweetcorn dish be the easiest side dish you’ve made in ages? It’s very possible. And equally, could it be your new favourite good-value-dish, since the bulk of it is made of a whole batch of frozen corn? Also, entirely possible.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Woolworths Frozen Corn
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 T salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Crispy fried bacon, to serve

Method:

  1. Defrost frozen corn. Bring cream to the boil with salt and minced garlic. Infuse for 10 minutes.
  2. Pour over the corn in a baking dish. Bake at 180°C until bubbly and golden. Top with crispy fried bacon. (Recipe by Hannah Lewry)
