Easy, cheesy burritos for dinner:

Heat 15 ml oil in a pan and add 500 g free range lean beef mince, 1 teaspoon cumin and ½ teaspoon chilli flakes. Simmer to bring out flavour. Once browned, add a can of diced tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Add one can of drained black beans in brine, season and heat through. Take the wraps from a pack of multiseed wraps and fill them with the mince mixture. Add 2 teaspoons each of mild chunky salsa to each wrap, roll them up and place in an ovenproof dish. Top the wraps with more salsa and grated mature cheddar cheese. Bake for 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
