A quick dinner of trout and Tenderstem™

Heads up, this dinner of roasted trout, Tenderstem™ broccoli and bulgur wheat with roast butternut is quickly going to land on your go-to list for dinner. It’s easy, it’s loaded with flavour, and it comes together in a wink.

Trout and Tenderstem™

Serves 4 
Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Season the trout and pan-fry the trout in the olive oil, skin side down, until crispy (about 3–5 minutes) in a non-stick pan, then turn over and fry for a further 30 seconds to 1 minute. 
  2. Blanch the broccoli and serve with the trout and bulgur wheat and roast butternut.
  3. Squeeze over the lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley.
