Let us take the thinking out of after school and weekday lunches with these quick chicken options.

Crumbed chicken

Pop the chicken into the air fryer topped with full cream cheddar flavoured processed cheese slices and a dollop of 200 g Frech creamy tomato sauce, add a toasted burger bun with lettuce and 50 g hand cooked caramelised onion and mature cheddar sticks.

BBQ Leg

Serve with Greek salad ad whipped blue cheese and yoghurt dressing.

Thigh

Stir pesto through mashed potato. Serve with smashed peas mixed with mint jelly.

Chicken strips

Cooked corn smothered in grated Parmesan and garlic butter.

Winglets

Serve with onion rings and sweet potato chips and sweet chilli sauce or Our Best Ever Macaroni Cheese.
