Caramel-and-vanilla cupcakes
Bake a batch of vanilla cupcakes using Woolworths Vanilla Cupcake Mix. Allow to cool completely. Use the icing from the cupcake kit to make the icing. Melt caramel chocolate drops in the microwave in 30-second bursts until melted. Cool slightly, then combine with the icing and spread over the cupcakes. For a further hit of chocolate, drop 50 g caramel chocolate drops into the cupcake batter before baking.
Chocolate waffles with chocolate sauce
Use Woolworths Flapjack Kit to make waffles. Add 3 T Woolworths Cocoa Powder and 60 g Woolworths 70% Dark Chocolate Drops and whisk to combine. Grease a waffle maker and cook the batter in batches. For a quick chocolate sauce, heat 2/3 cup whipping cream in a microwave (do not boil). Add 150 g 48% chocolate drops and mix – it will melt first, and then thicken as it stands. Serve the waffles with the sauce and ice cream or whipped cream and fresh berries.
