For farmers Ross Bergh and John Bergh, farming is about ensuring the food on your table has been responsibly produced and that it's good for you; farming in harmony with nature and creating a balance which is sustainable.

Water is where it all starts. "Water is our limiting resource. We take great care in looking after our water sources. One way we do this, is by making use of probes to make sure we're not over aerogating crops and to ensure the nutrients in the water isn't leeching away through our soil," says Ross. 

And soil is the basis of everything. "That's where it all grows. We apply a whole lot of compost and ameliorants to the soil to build up it's carbon content to imporve its water holding capacity," says John.
