TRY THESE DELICIOUS GAMMON RECIPES

SUGARED GAMMON WITH STICKY CHERRIES
Sticky cherries put a bright and festive spin on this mustard and sugar glazed gammon to balance fruity zing with the sweet, smoky flavour of gammon.

TRADITIONAL GLAZED GAMMON WITH SWEET ROASTED PEARS
Cranberry and apple jelly are a perfect match for baked pears, making this traditional glazed gammon sticky, sweet and utterly delicious.

MAPLE SYRUP AND BLUEBERRY-GLAZED GAMMON WITH ROAST SHALLOTS AND FIGS
A delicious bold burst of blueberries and figs add a wonderful fruity sweetness, paired perfectly with roasted shallots to complement its smoky flavour.

PERFECT GAMMON GLAZES

If you're looking for a no-fuss gammon glaze, try one of these 4 decadently sweet and sticky options: 

Glaze 1:
Poach 150g dried apricots with 2 star anise, 1 t ground ginger and a dash of vinegar until reduced and sticky.

Glaze 2:
Gently simmer 1/2 cup honey with 50 g butter and 1 t ground nutmeg until thick and glossy.

Glaze 3:
Simmer 2 pineapples, peeled and sliced, with 2-3 segmented oranges, 3 T treacle sugar and 4 cardamom pods.

Glaze 4: 
Gently simmer 250 g mixed berries or 8 plums, halved, with a splash of berry juice, a glug of red wine and 1 stick of cinnamon until thick and syrupy.
