The Lazy Makoti Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
• 200g Lindt Excellence 70% Cocoa Dark Chocolate
• 100g WW Milk Chocolate Chips
• 4 eggs
• 400ml fresh cream
• 60 ml Amarula Liqueur
To decorate:
• 100ml whipped cream
• Handful Chuckles®️ Malted Puffs Milk Chocolate
• Handful raspberries or strawberries
Method:
1. Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of gently simmering water. Stir until melted then remove from heat and cool slightly. Repeat in a separate bowl for the milk chocolate chips.
2. Place the eggs in a large bowl and beat with an electric whisk for 5 min until it is the same, thick, and double in volume.
3. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until thickened.
4. Carefully combine the melted chocolate, eggs, and cream. Fold in the Amarula Liqueur
5. Spoon into 6 glasses and chill for at least 4 hours
6. Garnish with whipped cream, raspberries, and chocolate shavings.
