Mixed Berry white chocolate Trifle

Serves: 6-8

Preparation time: 30 minutes plus 5 hours overnight chilling time

Ingredients:

  • 2x 80g Woolworths Strawberry Flavoured Jelly Powder
  • 500g Woolworths berry selection
  • 200g Woolworths white chocolate drops
  • 500ml whipping cream
  • 10ml Vanilla paste
  • 1x Woolworths caramel Swiss Roll 5 pack, cut into thirds
  • 250ml Woolworths fresh Vanilla bean custard
  • Woolworths edible Gold shimmer dust
  • 25g Woolworths gold and silver sprinkles

Baking instructions:

  1. Prepare the jelly according to the package instructions and pour into trifle bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then add a quarter of the mixed berries. Refrigerate for a further 4 hours or overnight until the jelly is completely set.
  2. Melt the chocolate drops and spread onto baking paper, then chill until set. Using a metal star cookie cutter dipped into hot water, cut the Chocolate into stars then chill.
  3. Whip the cream and vanilla paste util stiff peaks, then spoon half of the cream over the set jelly.
  4. Arrange the Swiss Roll on top of the cream. Pour the custard over the Swiss roll.
  5. Roll the remaining berries in gold shimmer, then arrange over the custard.
  6. Dollop the remaining cream over the berries, then arrange the chocolate stars on top, Then garnish with gold and silver sprinkles.
