INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg free range lamb chops
- Woolworths Original Braai marinade
- 1 cup chopped mint
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves mashed garlic
- ¼ tsp red chilli
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- sea salt to taste
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
METHOD
- Brush 1 kg free range lamb chops with Woolworths Original Braai Marinade to coat. Place the chops in a large bowl with a lid and let it marinade for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C .
- Add the marinated lamb chops to the air fryer basket and cook it for 7 to 9 minutes, amking sure to flip it halfway through.
- You can serve it as is with your favourite sides or try this delicious chimichurri sauce: In a mortar and pestle, grind together 1 cup chopped mint, 1 cup chopped parsley, 2 cloves mashed garlic, ¼ teaspoon red chilli, ¼ cup red wine vinegar, sea salt to taste, ½ cup extra virgin olive oil and salt and pepper.
