Hot Cross Bun Churros with Fudgy, Fairy Eggs Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Woolworths Castor Sugar
- 2 T Woolworths Finely Ground Cinnamon
- 1 x 6-pack Woolworths Extra Spicy Hot Cross Buns
- ½ cup Woolworths Salted Butter, melted
For the sauce:
- 250 ml cream
- 300 g Woolworths FANTASTICAL™ Fairy Eggs
Cooking instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C, if needed. Mix the castor sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Slice the Woolworths Extra Spicy Hot Cross Buns in half and each half into three, to make small soldiers.
- Brush liberally with the melted butter and toss in cinnamon sugar. Crisp in the air fryer for approx. 5–7 minutes.
- Make the sauce in a small pot by heating the cream until boiling point. Remove from the heat and add the Woolworths FANTASTICAL™ Fairy Eggs. Stir until they have melted. If need be, return to the heat for 1 minute, then remove, whilst continuously stirring.
- Lavishly dip the warm hot cross bun churros into the sauce (reserve the leftovers for ice cream sauce, to drizzle over waffles or French toast).
