Festive jumble pudding

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

For the coconut caramel:

  • 400 ml Woolworths Asian Coconut Milk
  • 100 g Woolworths Coconut Sugar
  • ½ tsp Woolworths Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp salt

For the jumble:

  • 6-pack Woolworths Indulgent Triple Chocolate Brownies, chopped
  • 150 g Woolworths Caramel Coated Air Popped Corn
  • 140 g Woolworths Chuckles® Malted Puffs Milk Chocolate Clusters
  • 100 g Woolworths Dry Roasted Honey Glazed Cashews, chopped

Cooking Instructions:

  1. To make the caramel, place all of the ingredients in a pan. Simmer for 20 minutes until reduced slightly. Cool and allow to thicken. 
  2. Pile the rest of the ingredients on a serving platter and drizzle over the caramel. Serve with ice cream and dig in!
