Ingredients:
For the coconut caramel:
- 400 ml Woolworths Asian Coconut Milk
- 100 g Woolworths Coconut Sugar
- ½ tsp Woolworths Vanilla Extract
- ¼ tsp salt
For the jumble:
- 6-pack Woolworths Indulgent Triple Chocolate Brownies, chopped
- 150 g Woolworths Caramel Coated Air Popped Corn
- 140 g Woolworths Chuckles® Malted Puffs Milk Chocolate Clusters
- 100 g Woolworths Dry Roasted Honey Glazed Cashews, chopped
Cooking Instructions:
- To make the caramel, place all of the ingredients in a pan. Simmer for 20 minutes until reduced slightly. Cool and allow to thicken.
- Pile the rest of the ingredients on a serving platter and drizzle over the caramel. Serve with ice cream and dig in!
