Easy entertaining platters

1. Deli snacks (pâte, hummus, kebabs)
Serves 6-8

Ingredients:  8pk chicken curry vetkoek | 300 g tikka kebabs | 150 g deli picnic platter | 1 tub roasted red pepper hummus | 1 tub hummus | selection of Woolies crackers
Method: Assemble your platter using the products above, finish off with sliced radishes

2. Seafood platter
Serves 4-6
Preparation: 10 mins
Cooking: 0 mins

Ingredients: 200 g oak-smoked whisky-cured trout slices |  400 g  prawn cocktail | | 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced |  lemon or lime wedges, to serve | cucumber ribbons, to serve | 12 caper berries | gold shimmer dust, to decorate
Method
Paint the caper berries with gold shimmer dust. Serve the seafood with cucumber, fennel shavings, caper berries, and lemon or lime wedges.
