Easy Apple & Cherry lollies
These cherry and apple jelly lollies are the treat you’re gonna eat on repeat for the rest of summer 🧊🍒

Ingredients:
For simple juice lollies:
- 2 cup Woolworths Apple & Cherry 100% Fruit Juice Blend
- 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and stalks removed
For the jelly lollies:
- 2 cups Woolworths Apple & Cherry 100% Fruit Juice Blend
- 10 g sachet gelatine powder
- 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and stalks removed
Method:
For simple juice pops:
- Divide the juice between six popsicle moulds.
- Freeze the popsicles overnight.
For jelly pops:
- Make the jelly by adding the gelatine to a small bowl and topping with 60 ml Woolworths Apple & Cherry 100% Fruit Juice Blend.
- Add the remaining juice to a pan and bring to a boil.
- Remove from the heat and add the bloomed gelatine. Stir to dissolve.
- Place jelly mixture in the fridge and leave to set for roughly 2 hours or overnight. Cut the set jelly into cubes.
- Layer the jelly cubes and cherries into the popsicle moulds, top with juice, and freeze overnight.
- Cook’s note: Run the frozen moulds under warm water to release the lollies when you’re ready to serve them. You can swap the gelatine for PlantLove™ Gelling Powder.
