Easy Apple & Cherry lollies

These cherry and apple jelly lollies are the treat you’re gonna eat on repeat for the rest of summer 🧊🍒

Ingredients:

For simple juice lollies:

  • 2 cup Woolworths Apple & Cherry 100% Fruit Juice Blend
  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and stalks removed

For the jelly lollies:

  • 2 cups Woolworths Apple & Cherry 100% Fruit Juice Blend
  • 10 g sachet gelatine powder
  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and stalks removed
     

Method:

For simple juice pops:

  1. Divide the juice between six popsicle moulds.
  2. Freeze the popsicles overnight.

For jelly pops:

  1. Make the jelly by adding the gelatine to a small bowl and topping with 60 ml Woolworths Apple & Cherry 100% Fruit Juice Blend.
  2. Add the remaining juice to a pan and bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from the heat and add the bloomed gelatine. Stir to dissolve.
  4. Place jelly mixture in the fridge and leave to set for roughly 2 hours or overnight. Cut the set jelly into cubes.
  5. Layer the jelly cubes and cherries into the popsicle moulds, top with juice, and freeze overnight.
  6. Cook’s note: Run the frozen moulds under warm water to release the lollies when you’re ready to serve them. You can swap the gelatine for PlantLove™ Gelling Powder.
