Cookie dough s’more brownies

You’re gonna want s’more of these – this is so easy to make with Woolies new Ready to Bake Cookie Dough.

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 225 g Woolworths Digestive Biscuits
  • 150 g butter, melted
  • 75 g brown sugar
  • 150 g Woolworths mini marshmallows
  • 100 g Woolworths 27% Cocoa Milk Chocolate Drops
  • 100 g Woolworths Caramel Chocolate Drops
  • 4 extra digestive biscuits
  • 1 x 6 pack Woolworths Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
  • 1 x 6 pack Woolworths Caramel Cookie Dough
  • A cup of English breakfast tea, for serving

Cooking instructions:

  1. Line a 23 x 23 cm square baking tin with baking paper. 
    Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Crush the biscuits until fine. Place into a bowl and add the melted butter. Mix well. Press into the lined baking tray and bake for 8 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven and scatter chocolate, marshmallows, and torn cookie dough alternatively. Sprinkle it with sea salt and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and place in the freezer for 30 minutes to chill completely.
  5. Remove from the freezer and cut into squares using a serrated knife.
