Ingredients:
- 90 g Woolworths Rolled Oats, plus extra for garnish
- ½ ripe banana, mashed
- ½ cup Woolworths Organic Unsweetened Coconut and Rice Drink
- 2 T maple syrup
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 t Woolworths Baking Powder
- 1 T Woolworths Smooth Peanut Butter
- 2 t desiccated coconut
- 60 g Woolworths 70 % Cocoa Dark Chocolate Drops, extra to garnish
- Woolworths Breakfast Seed Mix, to sprinkle
Cooking instructions:
- Blend everything except the chocolate a blender until smooth.
- Stir the chocolate chips through the batter and pour into two greased ramekins
- Sprinkle with mixed breakfast seeds, extra chocolate and oats
- Bake at 180C° for 15–20 minutes
- Allow to sit for 5 minutes before enjoying, top with coconut yoghurt if you like!
