Chocolate Banana Baked Oats

Chocolate banana baked oats

Cooking time: 20 minutes 

 

Ingredients:

  • 90 g Woolworths Rolled Oats, plus extra for garnish
  • ½ ripe banana, mashed
  • ½ cup Woolworths Organic Unsweetened Coconut and Rice Drink
  • 2 T maple syrup
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 1 t Woolworths Baking Powder
  • 1 T Woolworths Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 2 t desiccated coconut
  • 60 g Woolworths 70 % Cocoa Dark Chocolate Drops, extra to garnish
  • Woolworths Breakfast Seed Mix, to sprinkle

Cooking instructions:

  1. Blend everything except the chocolate a blender until smooth.
  2. Stir the chocolate chips through the batter and pour into two greased ramekins 
  3. Sprinkle with mixed breakfast seeds, extra chocolate and oats
  4. Bake at 180C° for 15–20 minutes
  5. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before enjoying, top with coconut yoghurt if you like!
