Berry and yoghurt overnight oat pudding

Ingredients:
- 120 g Woolworths Rolled Oats
- 2 cups Woolworths Double Cream Plain Yoghurt
- 1 cup milk
- 50 g Woolworths Breakfast Mixed Seeds
- 300 g Woolworths Berry Duo
- 200 g Woolworths strawberries
- 2 T Honey
- Juice of half a lemon
Cooking instructions:
- Place all the ingredients into a bowl except for the berries, honey and lemon, and stir to combine.
- Quarter the raspberries and fold through the oat mixture. Cover and chill overnight. The next day, divide among 4 glasses.
- To make the topping, place the strawberries in a bowl. Add the honey and lemon juice and microwave for between 30 seconds and a minute.
- Toss and allow to cool. Serve the raspberry oat puddings topped with fresh blueberries and sticky strawberries and their juices. Serve immediately.
