Ingredients:

  • 1 x 280 g Woolworths Cauliflower Pops with Tangy Mayonnaise
  • 125 g Woolworths Cultured Cream Crème Fraiche
  • 4 T Woolworths Mild Mango Atchar
  • 1 x 280 g Woolworths Extra Fine Green Beans
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 x 180 g Woolworths Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
  • 1 x 150 g Woolworths Tzatziki
  • 1 x 375 g Woolworths Beech Wood Smoked Frankfurter Sausages
  • 1 x 250 g Woolworths Five Cheese Ravioli
  • 1 x 125 g Woolworths Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Pesto
  • Grated Parmesan, to serve
  • 1 x 16-pack Woolworths Vegetable Samoosas
  • 1 x 700 g Woolworths Yellow Watermelon
  • 1 x 70 g Woolworths Speck
  • 1 x 230 g Woolworths Halkidiki Olives Stuffed with Red Pepper in Brine
  • 1 x 300 g Woolworths Sweet Potato Churros with Salted Caramel Sauce

Cooking instructions:

  1. Place the Woolworths Cauliflower Pops into an air fryer according to package instructions, or until crispy. Remove and keep warm in a preheated oven of 100°C.
  2. Spoon the Woolworths Cultured Cream Crème Fraiche into a bowl and swirl through the Woolworths Mild Mango Atchar.
  3. Toss the green beans in some olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Pop into the air fryer for 5 minutes at 200°C, or until slightly charred. Mix the two dips together in a small bowl.
  4. Next, place halved Woolworths Beach Wood Smoked Frankfurter Sausages into the air fryer for 5–8 minutes, or until the skins have burst slightly and become crispy.
  5. Coat the Woolworths Five Cheese Ravioli in some olive oil and place in the air fryer basket at 200°C for 5–8 minutes, or until nicely browned and crispy. Spoon the Woolworths Fresh Red Pepper Pesto onto a plate and top with the crispy ravioli and a decent grating of Parmesan.
  6. Lastly, while the Woolworths Vegetable Samoosas are warming up in the air fryer, wrap the Woolworths Yellow Watermelon in the speck and arrange on a platter, alongside the other goodies and the Woolworths Halkidiki Olives.
  7. While you snack on these, place the Woolworths Sweet Potato Churro into the air fryer, cook according to package instructions and top with the sauce – ready in time for something sweet!
