Heat-and-eat Lasagne with Blistered Tomatoes

Dreamy lasagne without having to spend hours in the kitchen served with air-fried blistered tomatoes and a quick rocket salad.

Ingredients:

  • 1 x 1 kg Woolworths Beef Lasagne
  • 200g Woolworths Mini Rosa Tomatoes
  • 2 T Woolworths Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 t Woolworths Balsamic Vinegar Of Modena - 4 Grape
  • salt and pepper, season to taste
  • 4 T Woolworths Fresh Basil Pesto
  • 1T Woolworths Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ t Woolworths Mixed Herbs
  • a squeeze of fresh Seedless LemonGold® Lemon juice
  • 40 g fresh wild rocket

Method:

1. Heat the lasagne accordingly to package instructions. 

2. Drizzle the tomatoes with 2 T olive oil, balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper before air-frying at 200°C for 10 minutes. 

3. Make a quick dressing by mixing the basil pesto with 1 T olive oil, dried mixed herbs and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. 

4. Toss the rocket in the dressing and serve with the lasagne and the air-fried tomatoes.
