Sun-Dried Tomato and Pecorino Chicken Frikkadels with Creamy Butternut Orzo

Ingredients:

  • 1 x 600 g Woolworths Free Range Chicken Frikkadels
  • 1 T Woolworths Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 x 375 ml Woolworths Sun-Dried Tomato and Pecorino Pasta Sauce
  • 50 g Woolworths Italian Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, grated
  • 370 g Woolworths Creamy Butternut Orzo
  • 50 g Woolworths Italian Gorgonzola Semi Soft Medium Fat Cheese

Cooking instructions:

1. Panfry chicken frikkadels in olive oil until lightly crisp and golden.

2. Pour over the sauce and simmer until the frikkadels are fully cooked.

3. Grate over parmesan cheese.

4. Heat Creamy Butternut Orzo according to package instructions and top with gorgonzola.

Serve and enjoy.
