Three Cheese Gnocchi with Burnt Butter and Sage Leaves
Crispy cheese-filled gnocchi meets brown butter, sage, and a bright squeeze of lemon, for a wonderfully easy no-fuss meal.

Ingredients:
- 350 g Woolworths Three Cheese Filled Gnocchi
- 1 T Woolworths Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 45g Woolworths Salted Butter
- 5 g fresh sage leaves
- a squeeze of fresh Seedless LemonGold® Lemon juice, to serve
- 50 g Woolworths Grana Padano Cheese, grated to serve
Method:
1. Pan fry the gnocchi with olive oil until lightly crisp and golden. Remove from the pan and set aside.
2. Add butter and fresh sage leaves to the pan and cook until the butter turns nutty and the sage leaves get crispy.
3. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and grated Grana Padano Cheese.
