You have to try this spicy, cheesy winter gnocchi
PSA: this warming gnocchi with winter greens can be ready in 15 minutes. This is not a drill.
Warming winter gnocchi with all the greens

Ingredients:
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 T butter
- 2 x 125 g bags Tenderstem broccoli, cut into chunks
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Woolworths Chilli and Garlic Stir-through Pasta Sauce
- 2 x 400 g bags Woolworths Fresh Gnocchi
- 100 g fresh peas, blanched
- 60 g grated Parmesan/hard cheese, for serving
- Baby spinach, for serving
Method:
- Heat 1 T olive and 1 T butter in a large frying pan. Add the broccoli, season and cook for a minute until bright green.
- Add 2 T pasta sauce and stir through until fragrant. Remove the sauce and broccoli from the pan, add the blanched peas and set aside.
- Heat the remaining olive oil and butter in the pan until foamy. Add the gnocchi and pan-fry on both sides until golden brown. Season. Add the remaining pasta sauce and stir through.
- Serve the gnocchi with the broccoli and peas. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan or hard cheese and fresh baby spinach.
